• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Valid driver?s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working in both community and clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with attorneys, law firms, healthcare providers, and referral partners.
• Travel throughout the Houston area for in-person visits, meetings, and outreach activities.
• Identify and develop new referral and business opportunities.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with referral partners.
• Represent SynapseTBI at networking events and in the community.
• Educate partners and contacts about SynapseTBI’s services.
• Coordinate and distribute marketing materials and CRM data.
• Collaborate with account management, intake, scheduling, and clinical teams.
