MAAD Co. is seeking entry-level Marketing & Management Trainees to launch a career in marketing, sales, and business management. You will represent national brands in face-to-face interactions within retail locations and participate in hands-on training with mentorship and advancement opportunities.

Ideal candidates enjoy working with people, thrive in fast-paced settings, and are eager to learn about customer engagement, brand representation, and leadership development.

Responsabilidades

• Represent national brands through face-to-face interactions in retail locations.
• Assist with execution of retail sales and marketing campaigns.
• Engage customers to introduce products and promotional offers.
• Build positive customer relationships and support brand awareness.
• Participate in promotional events and in-store activities.
• Learn sales techniques, communication strategies, and campaign management.
• Work with team leaders to achieve individual and team goals.
• Track engagement and campaign results to identify improvements.
• Participate in ongoing training on sales, marketing, and leadership.
