Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of related experience in warehouse automation or material handling is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills to turn data into strategic actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with pricing analysis.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop pricing strategies that align with business goals and market dynamics.
  • Own the structure and performance of customer-facing programs - such as incentives, stocking, loyalty, and growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and sales to identify and evaluate portfolio expansion opportunities.
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to provide strategic input to sales and product development.
  • Act as a commercial liaison between internal stakeholders (supply chain, operations, sales) and external customers.
  • Support and influence cross-functional teams with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Operations to align around strategic initiatives and deliver measurable results.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies that support long-term growth and profitability, balancing customer needs with internal capabilities.
  • Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of programs, pricing and product initiatives.
  • Create compelling business cases and communicate performance results and opportunities to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Job Description

The Manager, Marketing leads marketing activities for a defined product line, segment, region, or business unit. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with business goals and market dynamics.
  • Own the structure and performance of customer-facing programs - such as incentives, stocking, loyalty, and growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and sales to identify and evaluate portfolio expansion opportunities.
