This fully remote position includes approximately one weekly visit to the office in Anderson, California, for candidates who do not live nearby.

Accountabilities

  • Plan and execute demand‑generation campaigns across email, paid advertising, content syndication, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads and support pipeline growth.
  • Create engaging marketing materials, including case studies, white papers, blog posts, technical datasheets, webinars, and video briefs tailored to procurement and business audiences.
  • Manage website content, search engine optimization, and user‑behavior tracking to improve online visibility and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate industry events, webinars, and customer‑facing demonstrations, including event materials and post‑event follow‑up campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for improvement using metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), marketing‑qualified‑to‑sales‑qualified lead conversion (MQL‑to‑SQL), and pipeline influence.
  • Manage external vendors and agencies supporting creative development, public relations, and media buying.
  • Oversee a modest marketing budget and coordinate projects across internal teams and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of B2B marketing experience, ideally within technical services, environmental consulting, laboratory services, or life sciences.
  • Demonstrated experience in demand generation, content marketing, and campaign performance analysis.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to turn complex technical concepts into accessible value propositions.
  • Hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Familiarity with Monday.com is an advantage.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate stakeholders and manage multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with sales, operations, leadership, and external partners.
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
  • Access to a reliable, professional‑looking vehicle is required for office visits and business‑related travel.
  • Ability to travel to the Anderson, California office approximately once per week. For candidates outside the immediate area, this commute is not reimbursed.
  • Willingness to provide a resume, a 1–2‑page marketing portfolio or links to recent work, and a brief cover letter outlining relevant experience and qualifications.
Benefits
  • Annual salary ranging from $45,000 to $80,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
