This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, strategic, and hands‑on marketing professional to lead brand development, strengthen market positioning, and execute innovative marketing initiatives across hospitality and food and beverage offerings. The ideal candidate brings a combination of hospitality and broader brand marketing experience, with a proven ability to develop successful marketing programs from the ground up. This individual will take ownership of both strategy and execution, driving brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue growth through compelling storytelling, digital marketing, creative campaigns, and strategic partnerships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning, increase visibility, and drive business growth.
  • Lead brand development initiatives to elevate the organization's presence within the upscale hospitality market.
  • Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, advertising, email, and traditional channels.
  • Oversee marketing initiatives supporting hospitality, dining, special events, and guest experiences.
  • Develop compelling brand messaging, storytelling, and creative content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Manage website content, digital marketing initiatives, social media presence, and online brand consistency.
  • Lead creative production efforts, including photography, videography, promotional materials, and marketing collateral.
  • Develop and execute food and beverage marketing campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and revenue.
  • Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships, local collaborations, and promotional initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership and operational teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, creative vendors, photographers, and marketing partners.
  • Monitor campaign performance, website analytics, engagement metrics, and marketing ROI to optimize effectiveness.
  • Develop marketing plans, calendars, and initiatives that support both short-term objectives and long-term brand growth.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, expand audience reach, and strengthen competitive positioning.
  • Remain current on hospitality, luxury branding, digital marketing, and consumer trends.
Qualifications
  • Approximately 8-10+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally with a combination of hospitality and other consumer-facing industries.
  • Previous marketing experience within hotels, hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, or similarly brand-focused environments strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success developing, launching, and managing marketing programs or brand initiatives from concept through execution.
  • Strong experience in brand strategy, positioning, digital marketing, social media, advertising, and content development.
  • Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns that drive measurable business results.
  • Understanding of upscale hospitality branding, guest experience, and consumer engagement.
  • Experience supporting food and beverage, restaurant, or experiential marketing initiatives preferred.
  • Ability to balance high-level marketing strategy with hands‑on execution and day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Strong creative judgment with experience overseeing brand messaging, visual content, and marketing materials.
  • Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and creative partners.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Experience working with established hospitality brands or branded hotel environments is a plus.
  • Ability to provide examples of marketing programs, campaigns, or brand initiatives personally developed and executed.
