Peregrine Hospitality seeks a Director of Sales & Marketing to drive revenue by identifying and pursuing qualified target accounts and nurturing existing clients. The role requires building strong relationships with clients, GSO and peers, and executing sales strategies across calls, trips, trade shows, and events.
The Director will oversee budget and forecast, work across sales channels, and promote accountability for superior results. Strong leadership and communication are essential.
The Director of Sales & Marketing will be responsible for identifying and soliciting qualified target accounts and nurturing existing accounts to close all qualified business to achieve sales goals (RNs, ADR, revenue and F&B). The Director of Sales will execute all sales related activities from outside calls, sales trips/trade shows, sites, entertainment, Fam trips, etc. Building strong, trusting, long-lasting client, GSO and peer relationships is a must. The Market Director of Sales is responsible for ensuring financial success and overall revenue generation of the hotel.
Pay: The pay range for this position is $90,000-$95,000 salary per year plus quarterly sales incentive bonus plan.
