Job summary

RBC Capital Markets LLC is seeking a Marketing Intern for our Boston-based RBC Global Asset Management marketing team. The program provides hands-on experience alongside seasoned financial services professionals, with learning sessions, networking, events, and exposure to executive leadership.

You will support marketing initiatives for institutional clients and financial intermediaries, work with sales, product, and digital teams, and analyze engagement data across platforms to guide campaigns

Qualifications

• Junior or Senior with graduation between Dec 2027 - May 2029 in Marketing, Business Management, Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing or Communications
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter, metrics-driven, proactive in making recommendations
• Strong organizational, creative, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship

Responsibilities

• Support RBC's Global Asset Management marketing team to promote investment solutions to institutions and financial intermediaries
• Collaborate with sales, product, digital, and creative teams on marketing projects
• Assist with events, campaigns, website and social content development and thought leadership merchandising
• Analyze data sources to track engagement and identify marketing trends
• Leverage platforms like Salesforce, Wrike, Seismic, Marketing Cloud, CMS, Smartsheet for campaigns
• Engage with colleagues to learn about financial services and asset management
