Qualifications

• Junior or Senior (Graduation dates between Dec 2027 – May 2029) with a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
• Demonstrated academic excellence within major
• Exceptional listening skills, well-developed communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; Strong research and analytical skills (Excel, CRM systems)

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on prospective Institutional clients and markets, and present conclusions to support distribution strategy
• Support the Institutional Distribution and Business Management teams with business development administration and strategy
• Collaborate with Marketing to optimize e-distribution of content and analyze engagement metrics
• Provide analytical support to Institutional Sales and Client Solutions teams as directed
• Consolidate and analyze distribution metrics to measure sales activity and plan objectives
