RBC Global Asset Management – US in Boston offers a Marketing internship to support a fast-moving team. You will help market investment solutions to institutions and financial intermediaries while learning from experienced professionals.

You will collaborate with sales, product, digital and creative teams on campaigns, events, content and thought leadership. Expect a structured program with learning sessions, networking and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Junior or Senior with graduation between Dec 2027 and May 2029 in Marketing, Business Management, Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing or Communications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter driven by metrics, willing to learn, not afraid to make recommendations, and understand the big picture.
• Strong organizational, creative, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, project management skills and using data to drive decisions.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, project management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Support RBC’s Global Asset Management team, marketing investment solutions to institutions and financial intermediaries.
• Collaborate with sales, product, digital and creative teams on marketing projects.
• Support events, campaigns, website and social content development and thought leadership merchandising.
• Evaluate data sources to track engagement and identify trends in marketing activities.
• Work with platforms such as Salesforce, Wrike, Seismic, Marketing Cloud, CMS, Smartsheet.
