Job summary

Silvercrest Asset Management Group in Midtown Manhattan offers a full-time summer internship for rising juniors and seniors. As part of the Marketing team, you will assist with client materials, proposals, events, website content, and SEO initiatives, gaining exposure to portfolio management, trading, and wealth management.

You will collaborate across teams to improve workflows and document processes while developing visuals and professional writing for a broad audience.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a relevant undergraduate degree (junior/senior) with expected graduation 2028 or 2029.
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; InDesign/Illustrator are a plus.
• Interest in markets, investing, or wealth management and ability to communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

• Support client materials, proposals, and institutional RFPs.
• Coordinate events and design invitations and materials.
• Maintain website content and assist with SEO initiatives.
• Assist with compliance review of marketing materials and improve workflows.

Job Description

Silvercrest’s Summer Internship Program is an educational and experiential opportunity for rising juniors and seniors to learn how an investment advisory firm operates for the benefit of its clients, with exposure to portfolio management, trading, family office, and alternative investments. As part of the Marketing team, the intern will have the opportunity to work across teams throughout the firm, gaining broad exposure to different areas of the business.

Projects can include assisting with client materials, custom proposals and institutional RFPs, coordinating client events, designing invitations and event materials, maintaining email distribution lists and campaigns, updating website content and supporting SEO initiatives, assisting with compliance review of marketing materials, researching firmwide initiatives, and improving and documenting team workflows and processes.

• Highly organized, able to manage many moving pieces and meet deadlines
• Attentive to detail and accuracy; catches errors before anyone else does
• Strong eye for visuals, including spacing, color, typography, and layout
• Clear, concise writing for a professional audience
