Job summary

CenterSquare is offering a Marketing & Communications internship in Conshohocken, PA for a 10-week program (June–August). You will work with Marketing, Investor Relations and Capital Markets to support campaigns, communications, slide libraries and digital content.

The role requires understanding of the marketing funnel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and campaign strategy. This in-office internship in Conshohocken provides hands-on experience across marketing and sales support.

Qualifications

• Strong academic background with GPA; major in marketing, communications, finance, or related.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in real estate, stock market, and macro events.
• Ability to organize disparate information and own projects.
• Eagerness to learn and engage with the team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across teams to determine best approach to encourage self-service of information for presentations.
• Develop a standardized library of slides/slide modules for custom and generic sales presentations.
• Assist in the creation of communications, emails, web pages and social media material using existing templates.
• Assist in the execution of strategic marketing campaigns, including determining success metrics.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Receive on-the-job training & special projects, as well as daily responsibilities to support the team.
• Exposure to senior leaders with extensive knowledge and experience in the industry.
• Interns will participate in various social networking activities throughout the summer.
• Attend weekly lunch and learn sessions with various professionals in the organization to gain an understanding of how the firm operates.

Internship Program:

The CenterSquare internship is a 10-week program (June-August). As a Marketing & Communications intern, you will work with each functional area within marketing, as well as Investor Relations and Capital Markets to execute marketing initiatives and processes including communication plans, slide library development, social media, email and web marketing support, and campaign launches and success metrics. You will be given an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across various areas of marketing and sales support. This position requires someone with an understanding of the marketing funnel, Microsoft powerpoint, and campaign strategy. The internship will be based in CenterSquare’s Conshohocken, PA office and is an in‑office position.
