Job summary

Chick-fil-A Eau Claire invites you to join its Marketing Internship to gain hands-on experience in restaurant marketing, social media, guest experience, community engagement, and business growth. You will create engaging content, capture photos and videos at events, plan calendars, and develop materials for campaigns while learning Chick-fil-A’s hospitality culture.

Hours are 20–30 per week at $18–$20 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social channels.
• Capture photo and video content during events and activities.
• Assist with planning and developing social media content calendars.
• Create graphics for social media, signage, promotions and campaigns.
• Develop marketing materials for events and initiatives.
• Support seasonal campaigns and creative projects.
• Grow sales, guest engagement and brand awareness through initiatives.
• Monitor social media trends for community engagement opportunities.
• Assist with planning and executing restaurant events.
• Support guest engagement opportunities and sampling initiatives.
• Represent Chick-fil-A at community events.
• Learn operations and Second Mile Service with Front of House team.
• Support restaurant operations during peak periods.
• Gain knowledge of guest experience.
