Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Pennsylvania is seeking a Marketing Intern to work with our Directors in a high-performing, fast-paced environment. The role focuses on increasing sales and building community connections, with hours adjusted around class schedules for students.

The intern will help plan and execute marketing initiatives, host events, update displays, and monitor social media trends. Leadership development and community engagement are key parts of this internship.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program with a focus on Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Help build and execute marketing processes, grow sales, and engage with the community.
• Plan and execute special events.
• Update marketing displays as needed.
• Stay current with social media trends and suggest posts and captions.
• Assist in executing the marketing plan in-store and in the community.
• Maintain alignment with Owner/Operators and leadership.
• Assist with day-to-day business operations.

Position Type:

Paid internship with hours split in operations and with leaders in the business. We will work around classes and adjust hours for applicants who are actively in school.

As a Marketing Intern, you will work alongside our Directors. The Marketing Intern is a high performing, fast paced role focused on increasing sales and creating connections in the community. Apply to this role if you enjoy marketing, hosting events, and caring for people.

Responsibilities:

• Help to build and execute best-in-class Marketing processes, build sales, and participate in community outreach
• Participate in the planning and execution of special events
• Update marketing displays as needed
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and provide ideas for posts and captions on social media
• Assist in executing the marketing plan in the store and community
• Maintain vision alignment with the Owner/ Operators and the leadership team
• Assist with day-to-day business operations

• Ability to work in a friendly and hospitable manner
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program with a focus on Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
