Job summary

McGough Construction CO, LLC in Roseville, MN is seeking a Marketing Intern to support Pursuits and Business Development. You will gain hands-on experience helping develop proposals, manage assets in OpenAsset, and keep CRM data clean while learning how marketing drives revenue in construction.

You’ll work with our experienced marketing team behind the scenes, receive mentorship, and contribute to brand storytelling, market research, and event support.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Comfortable working within templates and established brand standards.
• Organized and able to manage multiple assignments at once.

Responsibilities

• Assist with proposal formatting and assembly in InDesign, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Support interview preparation, including slide deck updates and materials coordination.
• Print, bind, and organize proposal and interview materials.
• Upload, organize, and maintain marketing assets in OpenAsset.
• Support CRM data entry and cleanup for accurate opportunity tracking.
• Assist with market and project research for Business Development.
• Help maintain consistency and organization across marketing materials and systems.
