Job summary

McGough invites a Marketing Intern to gain real-world experience supporting Pursuits and Business Development. You’ll help assemble proposals, coordinate interviews, and maintain marketing assets in OpenAsset while collaborating with experienced professionals who mentor your growth.

You’ll contribute to brand storytelling, content creation, and campaign execution, with exposure to CRM systems and market research. This hands-on role blends learning with active project opportunities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or Business or related field.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with templates and brand standards.
• Organized with ability to manage multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with proposal formatting and assembly in InDesign, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Support interview preparation and materials coordination.
• Print, bind, and organize proposal and interview materials.
• Upload, organize, and maintain marketing assets in OpenAsset.
• Support CRM data entry and cleanup for accurate opportunity tracking.
• Assist with market and project research for Business Development.
• Maintain consistency and organization across marketing materials and systems.
• Provide general Marketing team support as priorities evolve.
• Contribute to deadline-driven work within a structured, team-based environment.
