Job summary

StepStone Group is seeking highly motivated marketing interns to support all areas of the marketing team in an in‑person, full‑time capacity at our New York office through May 2027 with potential extension. The role offers hands-on experience in event coordination, content preparation, and marketing analytics within a global investment platform.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field with a GPA around 3.5, strong proficiency in MS Word,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance or related field with a 3.5 minimum GPA preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrable analytical capabilities, quantitative/modeling skills a plus

Responsibilities

• Handle firm-branded materials with content creation, rebranding conversion, idea generation and format correction
• Support conferences and event program coordination, including location/vendor research, logistics management, attendee coordination, inventory management and distribution, and payment coordination
• Maintain analytical dashboards and conduct internal data analysis for the marketing team
• Help with coordination and communication on culture, community and charitable program
• Aid in monthly/quarterly update process for website and employee profile
• Assist in maintaining and supporting marketing platforms (SharePoint, Seismic, Power Automate)
• Support digital marketing, graphic design, email campaigns, etc.
• Setup and coordinate meetings and conference calls
