Job summary

Merit Medical Systems, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Assistant intern to support the Marketing team with data analysis, lead management, and vendor coordination. This role provides hands-on exposure to campaigns, events, and cross-functional collaboration.

The successful candidate will be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, with strong organizational and written communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to a High School Diploma and one year of marketing experience.
• Ideal candidate will be pursuing a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Marketing.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well with others, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and updates spreadsheets analyzing data to measure effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Ensures leads generated from marketing campaigns are handed off to the appropriate team.
• Helps coordinate communications with outside vendors including web programmers and designers.
• Assists in the logistics of planning and set up for trade shows.
• Assists with communications with appropriate sales and marketing managers regarding the status of leads, trade shows and sales materials.
• Performs other related duties and tasks as required.
