Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking marketing interns to support the Marketing Department at World HQ in Monroe, MI. You will participate in marketing projects, gain hands-on experience, and learn La-Z-Boy's business strategy and processes.

You will interact with senior leadership, present accomplishments at season end, and work in a hybrid model with remote days. Requires a 4-year Marketing degree track and 2–3 years completed, plus strong communication and Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a four-year Bachelor’s degree program focused on Marketing with 2–3 years completed.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work in a team based environment as well as individually.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) a must.

Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Department at La-Z-Boy’s World HQ in Monroe, MI.
• Participate in projects related to Marketing and develop business acumen and knowledge of La-Z-Boy business strategy and processes.
• Present back to leaders and other interns at the end of the season on accomplishments and feedback.
