SVN | Wood Properties in East Tennessee seeks a Marketing Intern to boost brand visibility by executing digital marketing strategies, creating engaging content, and maintaining our online presence. You will own our voice across social media, email, and the web, working closely with leadership to showcase listings and services to clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms.
• Experience with Canva or basic graphic design tools is highly preferred.
• Ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and take initiative as a one-person department.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and social media management tools; exposure to email marketing software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Highlight new listings and industry insights; create, schedule, and monitor content on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Content Creation: Draft blog posts and property spotlights reflecting local East Tennessee expertise.
• Email Marketing: Create monthly newsletters and market updates; design and execute email blasts for listings, closings, and awards.
• Graphic Design: Use Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to produce flyers, social graphics, and digital brochures for commercial properties.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all materials align with SVN | Wood Properties’ core values and brand guidelines.
