Job summary

LV Collective, an Austin-based student-housing developer, seeks a smart, creative marketing intern to join our team for the fall. This paid internship runs Aug 2026–Dec 2026, 15–25 hours per week, at $15/hour, with potential extension into spring.

You will craft content for the Learning Center and website, write articles, appear on camera, and support social campaigns. You will collaborate with the leasing and marketing teams, gain hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, and

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field at a participating university.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation of fresh content for the property learning center and website to attract visitors through search, social, and email subscribers.
• Write and edit articles about student life and off-campus living near Texas A&M University.
• Appear on camera answering peers’ questions about student living near Texas A&M University.
• Produce monthly email newsletters including copywriting, design, and distribution.
• Assist with website updates, especially blog posts and landing pages.
• Assist in planning and directing photo and video shoots for social media and marketing materials.
• Identify and recruit brand ambassadors for the project with the marketing and leasing team.
