Starting as an internship with the potential to move to part-time and then full-time, the role covers social media, events, email, website publishing, QA, reporting, and asset management, all on-site in our Orlando office.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a marketing, communications, journalism, advertising, or digital media program.
• Strong writing is essential for clear client-facing communications.
• Detail oriented; accuracy matters for dates, links, and spelling.
• Canva experience is highly valued; Excel/Microsoft Suite familiarity is expected.
• WordPress experience is a plus; willingness to learn is required.

Responsibilities

• Social media: Schedule and manage posts across platforms, write captions, and create graphics in Canva.
• Events: Assist with client seminars, RSVPs, reminders, materials, setup, and follow-up.
• Email: Build emails from templates, proofread, test sends, and manage contact lists.
• Website: Publish blog posts and event pages in WordPress, resize images, and maintain calendar.
• Quality control: Proofread all outgoing content for dates, links, names, and spelling.
• Reporting: Compile monthly metrics from Google Analytics, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Organization: Keep assets organized and easy to locate.
