Job summary

Perigon Wealth Management’s Organic Growth Summer Internship Program places you inside the marketing and business development side of an independent wealth management firm. You’ll learn how we attract prospects, build trust, and convert interest into lasting client relationships while working remotely.

You’ll rotate through departments, support social media and campaigns, and complete a capstone project with mentorship, building practical finance marketing skills for your career.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college or university and pursuing a degree (Marketing, Communications, or related).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Curiosity about finance services marketing and brand storytelling.
• Proactive, collaborative, and willing to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist with social media, content, and digital campaigns.
• Support market research and audience insights initiatives.
• Help with internal/external communications and event support.
• Participate in department rotations across Marketing, Research, and Client Services.
• Contribute to a capstone project and present findings to leadership.
