Yooz, a fast-growing SaaS company powering finance teams, seeks a hands-on Marketing Intern for Customer Marketing & AI Programs in North America. You will support customer engagement, digital marketing, events, and AI-driven content operations, collaborating with multiple teams to drive advocacy and growth.

You’ll organize Yooz’s best-performing assets, customer stories, and visual content into an AI Reference Library to power future marketing workflows.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support webinars, customer events, and engagement campaigns.
• Create and distribute customer-facing communications and promotional content.
• Assist with customer learning, certification, and advocacy programs.
• Help manage customer stories, testimonials, and marketing assets.
• Contribute to reporting, content organization, and AI-driven marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales teams on special projects.
