Job summary

Grimco, Inc. is seeking a summer marketing intern to join our team and work on real product launches rather than busywork.

You’ll collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Digital Strategy, and Creative teams, presenting your work to marketing leadership at the end of the summer. Gain hands-on experience in research, campaign material creation, and data analysis while contributing to live promotions.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior pursuing Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong writer who can explain a technical product in plain language.
• Comfortable with Excel and eager to learn tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Jira.

Responsibilities

• Research a product category — who buys it, why, and how we stack up against the competition.
• Help build launch materials: product one-pagers, sales talk tracks, email campaigns, web content.
• Interview customers and sales reps to understand what's actually driving buying decisions.
• Pull and analyze product and campaign data to see what's working.
• Support a live promotion or launch from planning through execution.
• Own one summer project end to end, with a recommendation you present to the team.

Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll spend the summer on our marketing team working on real product launches, not busywork. Product marketing at Grimco means understanding what a customer is trying to make, figuring out which products help them make it better, and giving our sales team the story and tools to have that conversation.

You’ll work alongside our Portfolio Managers, Digital Strategy, and Creative teams, and you’ll present your work to marketing leadership at the end of the summer.
