Job summary

Mead & Hunt, Inc. is seeking a full-time, limited-term Marketing Intern to join the Greenhouse Gas Reduction (GHGR) Marketing Team in either our Madison (Middleton) or Milwaukee (West Allis), WI office. The internship runs May/June 2027 through August/September 2027 and offers hands-on marketing experience.

You will help ensure brand compliance, manage marketing information in our systems, and support content development, formatting, and quality review under mentorship.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, professional writing, business administration, advertising, or public relations, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong proofreading skills are preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support the review and maintenance of marketing materials to ensure brand standards are met.
• Enter, update, and maintain information in aec360 for employees, projects, clients, and marketing data.
• Assist with organizing resumes, project descriptions, qualifications materials, templates, and other marketing content.
• Identify outdated or inconsistent information and coordinate updates with marketing and technical staff.
• Support the development, formatting, and proofreading of marketing materials and internal communications.
• Assist with file organization, document management, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing professionals, project managers, and staff to gather and maintain accurate information.
• Support other marketing activities and special projects as assigned.

Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, is seeking a full-time, limited-term Marketing Intern to join our Greenhouse Gas Reduction (GHGR) Marketing Team in either our Madison (Middleton) or Milwaukee (West Allis), WI office. This internship is anticipated to begin in May/June 2027 and continue through August/September 2027.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on marketing experience while supporting a collaborative team in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. The intern will help ensure marketing materials and activities remain consistent with Mead & Hunt brand standards while developing practical experience with marketing data, systems, and processes.

As a Marketing Intern, you will support the GHGR Marketing Team with brand compliance, marketing information management, and day‑to‑day coordination of marketing materials and activities.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the review and maintenance of marketing materials to help ensure compliance with Mead & Hunt brand standards.
• Entering, updating, and maintaining accurate information in aec360, including employee, project, client, and marketing-related data.
• Assisting with the organization and quality review of resumes, project descriptions, qualifications materials, templates, and other marketing content.
• Helping identify outdated, incomplete, or inconsistent information and coordinating updates with marketing and technical staff.
• Supporting the development, formatting, and proofreading of marketing materials and internal communications.

The successful candidate must be:

• Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, professional writing, business administration, advertising, or public relations, or a related field.
