Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, is seeking a full-time, limited-term Mechanical Engineering Intern to join our Greenhouse Gas Reduction Mechanical Engineering Team in our West Allis, WI office. This internship is anticipated to begin in May/June 2027 and continue through August/September 2027.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands on experience working alongside experienced engineers on meaningful projects that support sustainability and infrastructure improvements. There is also potential for this internship to transition into a full-time engineering position upon graduation.
As a Mechanical Engineering Intern, you will support engineers and project teams on a variety of mechanical engineering projects while gaining exposure to all phases of project development and design.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
