Job summary

Emerson is offering an in-person internship/co-op in Boulder, CO. You will support integrated and digital marketing, coordinate product launches, and help define audience segmentation and promotion plans.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Including integrated, digital, and product marketing—to support the development and execution of strategic campaigns, while networking with cross-functional teams to align messaging and goals.
  • Contributing to the planning and execution of product launches, helping to coordinate assets, timelines, and promotional strategies that drive awareness and customer engagement.
  • Helping define audience segmentation, lead scoring models, campaign schedules, and the creation of targeted marketing assets that align with business objectives.
  • Identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and recommend process improvements. You’ll work with tools such as Excel, Power BI, or marketing automation platforms to generate actionable insights.
  • Prepare detailed marketing reports by collecting, organizing, and summarizing performance metrics, conducting post-campaign analysis, and presenting findings to help guide future marketing strategies.

The hourly pay for this role is $20.50-$24, commensurate with the year in school and experience each candidate brings to a role.
