Job summary

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or International Business.
  • GPA of 3.0 or above.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Ability to work full-time in-person in Houston, TX.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with integrated, digital, and product marketing initiatives by supporting campaign development and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to align messaging and goals.
  • Create and manage marketing content for digital platforms, social media, and promotional campaigns.
  • Support product launches by coordinating assets, timelines, and promotional strategies that drive awareness and engagement.
  • Help define audience segmentation and campaign planning, including lead scoring models, schedules, and targeted marketing assets.
  • Analyze trends and measure campaign effectiveness using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and marketing automation platforms to generate actionable insights.
  • Prepare detailed marketing reports by collecting and summarizing performance metrics, conducting post‑campaign analysis, and presenting findings to guide future strategies.
  • Provide administrative support for marketing projects and events as needed.

Based at our Houston, TX location, you’ll join a collaborative marketing team supporting day-to-day activities across content creation, digital execution, campaign development, and administrative tasks. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
