Base pay range

$160,000.00/yr - $219,000.00/yr

The mission of the Marketing Insights team is to understand the needs, experiences, behaviors, and attitudes of our users and customers to maximize the value Meta can deliver across our platforms and services. Our team experts in research technique and practice, but our differentiator is how we act as full-stack partners to help identify and actualize the marketing strategies that connect people and businesses to meaningful experiences.International Marketing works across audiences and products to drive outsized impact against key company objectives. We do this by activating local experiences at a global scale, leveraging our regional expertise to identify the local delta that will accelerate results.The Latin America (LATAM) Team is core to this mission, uncovering opportunities to grow revenue while connecting consumers, creators, and businesses to greater value on our platforms. As a key insights partner, you will leverage your strategy and collaboration skills to identify new research opportunities and deliver meaningful results. You will work on both B2B and B2C marketing strategies, across LATAM and globally. You will be thinking on your feet to problem solve and execute efficiently and then play a key role bringing strategies to life, leveraging your experience translating complex ideas into simple and compelling messages.

Marketing Insights Researcher - Latin America Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities and develop the learning agendas (in collaboration with other functions such as User Experience Research (UXR), Data Science, Creative) to support progress on business goals
  • Responsible for framing strategy decisions, driving alignment, and unblocking progress – ensuring the right conversations are happening and marketing is set up to succeed
  • Design and execute quantitative and qualitative research to support decision-making, strategic planning and shape marketing/brand strategies, campaign development, product development, retail and channel strategy
  • Translate research findings into actionable insights with clear recommendations
  • producing highly effective communication that motivates people to apply learnings in marketing and across the organization

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of research experience
  • Proven expertise in shaping insights focused marketing campaigns and product launches from definition to execution, with a focus on shaping strategy, driving alignment, and delivering business outcomes
  • Experience in resolving ambiguous problems, convening stakeholders, supporting decision making in evolving contexts, and driving cross-functional alignment
  • Experience in qualitative and quantitative methods and applying them in a business context to inform decision making

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of research experience
  • 4+ years of experience with a multi-national company, working across and outside of LATAM markets
  • 2+ years of experience with B2B marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue
  • Portuguese fluency, with direct experience working on the ground in LATAM
