Job summary

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of related work experience (digital agency environment preferred).
• Excellent reporting and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and forecast trends and integrate into marketing creatives.
• Collaborate with internal clients to collect performance results and report findings.
• Collect competitor work samples and share key takeaways with the team.
• Develop and implement data gathering and analysis systems, establish baselines.
• Uncover customer insights from performance data to advise copy and design.
• Lead lunch and learns with the in-house team and marketing partners on best practices.
• Present key learnings to senior leaders in a concise, comprehensive manner.
• Synthesize information from multiple sources into a central, compelling story.
