We are a 35-year established sign company seeking a marketing and customer service/sales employee. The role involves working independently and closely with the assistant manager to implement various marketing strategies. Responsibilities include extensive phone work with existing and potential customers, updating social media with posts and photos of completed work, following up on past due accounts, handling inquiries and quotes from walk-in customers, phone orders, and email requests.

The position also involves investigating new business licenses, reaching out to new clients, filing daily invoices, and submitting permits with planning and zoning for new projects. Due to increased sales volume, we are looking for a dedicated individual to take on these tasks. The position may be part-time or full-time depending on the applicant.
