Job summary

FASTSIGNS of West Metro, MN is seeking a friendly and organized team member to support daily marketing tasks, respond to customer inquiries, and help move orders from start to finish. You will assist the owner, perform daily closeout reconciliations, handle accounts receivable calls, and participate in team meetings while delivering excellent customer service.

The position is full-time and on-site at our Chicago-area center, with standard weekday hours and opportunities for training and growth.

Responsibilities

• Marketing tasks per yearly marketing plan.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins.
• Enter customer orders and see them through to completion.
• Assist the owner with various tasks as needed.
• Perform daily closeout reconciliation.
• Make accounts receivable calls to delinquent customers.
• Inform customers of completed orders.

You will learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders. You will be involved in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center.

Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
