Job summary

Founders Brewing Company (Mahou USA) is seeking a Marketing & Innovation Project Coordinator to drive new product releases, packaging renovations, and creative campaigns. You will partner with the Innovation Manager, VP of Marketing, and internal creative teams to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with experience coordinating across legal, production, and brand teams to ensure timely execution and high-quality assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications.
• Two to four years related marketing experience, alcohol/beverage industry experience a plus.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track new product releases, packaging renovations, and creative campaigns.
• Manage timelines, due dates, and dependencies with cross-functional teams.
• Lead weekly project update meetings and circulate action items to stakeholders.
• Maintain project plans for brand identity, packaging design, and digital content.
• Assist with briefing, editing, and asset handoffs to production teams.
• Support KPI tracking and post-launch reviews to capture learnings.
