Founders Brewing Co. seeks a Marketing & Innovation Project Coordinator to drive new product release timelines and coordinate internal creative schedules. You will work with marketing, legal and production teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of assets and campaigns.

The role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication abilities, with experience in Wrike and Microsoft Office. This position is based in Grand Rapids, MI with competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications.
• 2–4 years marketing experience; alcohol/beverage industry a plus.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and strategic skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Wrike project management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track new product release timelines from start to finish.
• Collaborate with marketing, legal, and production teams.
• Lead project status meetings and maintain timelines.
• Manage vendor communications and packaging material timelines.
• Support KPI tracking and post-launch reviews.
