Job summary

Lagunitas Brewing Company in Petaluma, CA is seeking a Marketing – Innovation Intern to support the innovation team from brief through launch. You will help manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination with Marketing, Sales, Brewing, and Operations.

The role offers hands-on experience in product development and commercialization in a fast-paced setting, with a 40-hour week, hybrid schedule, and a pay rate of $20/hour.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled or recent graduate of an undergraduate or graduate degree program at a vocational program, college, community college, or university
• Must have a cumulative GPA over 3.0
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be available for full duration of the internship: Oct 2026 – March 1, 2027; 40 hours/ week; Hybrid; $20/hr

Responsibilities

• Support the Innovation Manager and Sr. Innovation Manager with project management through the stage gate and commercialization processes.
• Manage project timelines, track project budgets, and provide general operational support to the innovation process.
• Develop and proactively own innovation project timelines across total gate process.
• Communicate timelines and milestones to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Innovation Brewing team to manage Inno Lab project calendar.
