Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Coordinator Marketing In House to schedule presentations, manage guest expectations, and deliver exceptional service that drives revenue. You will engage Owners and guests, ensuring eligibility and promoting products to enhance their vacation experiences, both in person and by phone.

This role offers at $20.00/hour with commissions, along with a sign-on bonus after probation.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations.
• Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensure attendees meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning about products and services.
• Use persuasive techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
• Greet guests, interact professionally, contribute to team goals, and follow company policies and safety procedures.
