Job summary

WithCoverage is seeking a Marketing Ops Associate to scale our marketing motions and build systems that measure and improve funnel efficiency from lead qualification to paid advertising and events. You’ll partner with Growth to triage, qualify, and route opportunities across channels, and document SOPs to improve consistency.

You will own projects end-to-end with a high degree of ownership, working to remove bottlenecks and drive repeatable growth flywheels for years to come.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in Marketing Operations, Growth Operations, or related hands-on systems role.
• 1–2 years of deep, hands-on HubSpot experience across Marketing, Sales, and Operations Hubs.
• Systems thinker with great organizational discipline and multi-stream management.

Responsibilities

• Build and measure marketing experiments across channels using HubSpot.
• Own triage, qualification, and routing of inbound and outbound opportunities.
• Design and document SOPs, workflows, and tooling to speed up the team.
• Take on special projects with autonomy and drive improvements.
