Arona Home Essentials is seeking a Marketing & Growth Manager to drive customer growth and retention across our stores. You will lead initiatives to expand revenue, train and manage store teams, and set ambitious sales goals while representing the brand in the local community.

This role requires high energy, a proven sales closer, and at least two years in retail or related fields. A Bi-lingual candidate is a plus; the position includes a comprehensive benefits package and a five-day work week.

We are currently looking for a Marketing and Growth Manager.

Job Duties:

Position Requirements:

• Must have HIGH ENERGY.
• Must have a proven track record as a sale closer.
• Must have 2 years retail, restaurant, or related experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Bi-lingual is a PLUS!

Marketing & Growth Managers must have a satisfactory MVR (driving record), D.O.T. physical/certification in states that require it, a valid Driver’s License and comply with the Arona Home Essentials Driver Qualification Policy. All Marketing & Growth Managers must pass a drug screen and criminal background investigation before beginning employment.
