Arona Home Essentials is seeking a Marketing and Growth Manager to lead customer growth and retention across our store network. You will drive initiatives, train staff, and help set sales goals while representing the company in local communities.

The role emphasizes high energy, a proven sales closing history, and leadership experience within retail or related sectors. 18+ and bilingual abilities are considered assets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have HIGH ENERGY.
• Must have a proven track record as a sale closer.
• Must have 2 years retail, restaurant, or related experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Bi-lingual is a PLUS! (optional)

Responsabilités

• Manage expired customer agreements.
• Explore and react to profitable revenue opportunities within the store.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for the growth and retention of customers.

Position Requirements:

Marketing & Growth Managers must have a satisfactory MVR (driving record), D.O.T. physical/certification in states that require it, a valid Driver's License and comply with the Arona Home Essentials Driver Qualification Policy. All Marketing and Growth Managers must pass a drug screen and criminal background investigation before beginning employment.
