Job summary

Arona Home Essentials is seeking a Marketing and Growth Manager in the United States to drive customer growth and retention across our store network. You will lead training and development of store teams, set strategic sales goals, and identify revenue opportunities, while representing the brand in local communities.

A strong closer with high energy and retail experience is preferred; bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have HIGH ENERGY.
• Must have a proven track record as a sale closer.
• Must have 2 years retail, restaurant, or related experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Bi-lingual is a PLUS!

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain customers across the store network.
• Continuously develop, train, and manage employees.
• Set and attain sales goals for the organization.
• Manage expired customer agreements.
• Explore profitable revenue opportunities within the store.
• Take a visible role in representing Arona Home Essentials in the local community.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for the growth and retention of customers.
• Continuously develop, train, and manager employees.
• Responsible for setting and attaining sales goals.
• Manage expired customer agreements.
• Explore and react to profitable revenue opportunities within the store.
• Take a visible role in representing Arona Home Essentials in the local community.

Position Requirements:

• Must have HIGH ENERGY.

Marketing & Growth Managers must have a satisfactory MVR (driving record), D.O.T. physical/certification in states that require it, a valid Driver's License and comply with the Arona Home Essentials Driver Qualification Policy. All Marketing and Growth Managers must pass a drug screen and criminal background investigation before beginning employment.
