About ReviMo:

ReviMo is a startup developing robotic mobility devices to help people with disabilities live independently and reduce the burden on caregivers. We're a passionate, mission-driven team looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to join us as Marketing & Growth Manager.

Role Overview:

As Marketing & Growth Manager, you will work closely with the founder and play a key role in growing our visibility and customer acquisition, strengthening our outreach, and representing ReviMo at key events. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and wants to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with the Founder on executing the ReviMo business strategy
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns (e.g. social media, email, content, targeted ads).
• Manage and create content for Revimo’s social media platforms to promote the brand and engage our audience
• Identify and test ways to acquire new users or customers.
• Use analytics and optimization to track KPIs (e.g. conversion rate, CAC, ROI) and run A/B tests.
• Use creative, low-cost strategies to achieve rapid user or revenue growth.
• Handle communications with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Represent ReviMo at trade shows, conferences, and industry events alongside the founder
• Develop processes and systems for marketing and growth.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication skills and confidence in public-facing roles
• Digital marketing and data analytics experience (SEO, PPC, email, social media, Google Analytics)
• Experience with social media platforms and content creation
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable wearing many hats
• Interest in healthcare, startups, and technology
