Southern-Eagle-Sales-and-Service is seeking an Assistant Director of Marketing to develop and coordinate marketing programs, manage budgets, and lead events. You will collaborate with suppliers, the sales team, and leadership to drive measurable results and community engagement.

Competenze

• College degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; or combination of education and industry experience (5+ years).
• Prefer 5+ years' experience in brand management, marketing, sales, or special events.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred; strong leadership intuitiveness a plus.

• Develop locally relevant marketing programs and incorporate local and national brand initiatives.
• Coordinate promotional programs with suppliers and internal sales teams for market execution.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media and online resources for events and community involvement.
• Provide leadership and oversight for special events, venues, and marketing activations.
• Grow relationships with key events and venue personnel and decision makers.
• Evaluate programs, media, sponsorships, donations, events, and promotions for ROI.
• Oversee marketing budget, ROI, cost effectiveness, and post-program evaluations.
• Develop marketing reports, analyze web traffic and social engagement conversions.
• Ensure final approval and quality control for customer-facing materials.
• Communicate events and timelines across departments to ensure proper preparation.
