Job summary

The Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (SEAS) seeks an innovative, collaborative Associate Director of Marketing and Business Development to lead marketing and growth for professional and lifelong learning.

This position is part of the SEAS Office of Professional Education (PE). Reporting to the Director for Professional Education, the Associate Director will build the marketing and enrollment infrastructure and multi‑channel strategy for SEAS PE, serving domestic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum seven years of enrollment marketing and/or business development.
• Experience with CRMs/marketing automation platforms and digital marketing analytics.

Responsibilities

• Set and manage the PE marketing and enrollment strategy.
• Lead multi-channel campaigns for PE programs and campaigns.
• Develop messaging and brand narrative for SEAS PE portfolio.
• Oversee enrollment processes, CRM automation, and lead management.
• Collaborate with faculty and leadership to grow partnerships.
