Job summary

Blue Line Solutions seeks an organized, creative Associate Director of Marketing to support planning, execution, and management of marketing initiatives. You will work with Marketing leadership to coordinate campaigns, content, and brand messaging across channels.

The role collaborates with Sales, Product Management, HR, Customer Success, and executives to ensure timely, impactful marketing that drives growth and engagement. Prior experience in B2B technology or public safety is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years of progressive marketing experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple marketing campaigns and projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with digital marketing, social media management, website content management, and email marketing.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy and campaigns.
• Coordinate day-to-day marketing initiatives and campaign execution.
• Manage marketing timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
• Track campaign performance and optimize accordingly.
• Create and maintain marketing materials aligning with brand standards.
• Support product launches with marketing collateral and communications.
• Coordinate events, trade shows, and community outreach.
• Assist with marketing budgets, analytics, and reporting.
