Job summary

Hylo is hiring a Marketing & Growth Lead to scale our presence across Crypto Twitter, drive product adoption, and grow our brand in the Solana ecosystem. You will work directly alongside the founding team to shape our marketing strategy, create content, and execute campaigns that turn attention into users, TVL, and revenue.

You will lead social, AI-driven content, GTM launches, and ecosystem partnerships, coordinating with DeFi partners and Solana voices.

Qualifications

• Solana DeFi expertise with understanding of Solana users, trading, leverage and yield.
• Proven track record of growing accounts and running campaigns with measurable results.
• Established relationships with influential Solana voices and the Solana Foundation.
• Creative and AI-native writing and content skills; using AI tools to produce content.
• Autonomous, fast-moving, resourceful with ability to generate attention with limited resources.

Responsibilities

• Co-manage Hylo's X presence, publish 2–3 posts daily, track narratives and trends.
• Use AI to create visuals, videos, content, build tools, and automate workflows.
• Lead product launches and marketing campaigns; coordinate KOLs and drive organic growth with minimal budget.
• Run co-marketing initiatives with DeFi partners, build relationships across Solana, and engage with the community.
• Test new content formats and distribution channels; track engagement, acquisition, and conversion to improve results.

What You'll Do

• Social & Crypto Twitter. Co-manage Hylo's X presence, publishing 2–3 posts daily with the team. Track narratives, spot trends, and react quickly with relevant content.

• AI & Creative. Use AI to create visuals, videos, and content, build tools, and automate workflows. Work with our creative studio on larger productions.

• GTM & Distribution. Lead product launches and marketing campaigns. Coordinate KOLs, write creative briefs, and drive organic growth with minimal budget.

• Ecosystem & Community. Run co-marketing initiatives with DeFi partners, build relationships across Solana, and engage with the community.

• Experimentation & Growth. Test new content formats and distribution channels. Track engagement, acquisition, and conversion to improve results.
