Hylo is seeking a Marketing & Growth Lead to scale our presence across Crypto Twitter, drive product adoption, and grow our brand in the Solana ecosystem. You will work closely with the founding team to shape our marketing strategy, create content, and execute campaigns that convert attention into users, TVL, and revenue.

In this role you will co-manage Hylo's X presence, lead GTM launches, and collaborate with DeFi partners to expand our ecosystem reach on Solana.

Qualifications

• Active DeFi participant with strong understanding of Solana, its users, trading, leverage and yield.
• Historically grown accounts and executed marketing campaigns with measurable results.
• Established relationships with influential Solana voices and the Solana Foundation.
• Strong writing and creative skills; ability to use AI tools to produce content efficiently.
• Autonomous, fast-moving, able to generate attention with limited resources.

Responsabilités

• Co-manage Hylo's X presence, publishing 2-3 posts daily with the team; track narratives and trends.
• Use AI to create visuals, videos, and content; collaborate with the creative studio on larger productions.
• Lead product launches and marketing campaigns; coordinate KOLs and drive organic growth with limited budget.
• Run co-marketing initiatives with DeFi partners; build relationships across Solana and engage with the community.
• Test new content formats and distribution channels; track engagement, acquisition, and conversion.

The Role

Hylo is hiring a Marketing & Growth Lead to scale our presence across Crypto Twitter, drive product adoption, and grow our brand in the Solana ecosystem. You will work directly alongside the founding team to shape our marketing strategy, create content, and execute campaigns that turn attention into users, TVL, and revenue.

What You ll Do

• Social & Crypto Twitter. Co-manage Hylo s X presence, publishing 2-3 posts daily with the team. Track narratives, spot trends, and react quickly with relevant content.
• AI & Creative. Use AI to create visuals, videos, and content, build tools, and automate workflows. Work with our creative studio on larger productions.
• GTM & Distribution. Lead product launches and marketing campaigns. Coordinate KOLs, write creative briefs, and drive organic growth with minimal budget.
• Ecosystem & Community. Run co-marketing initiatives with DeFi partners, build relationships across Solana, and engage with the community.
• Experimentation & Growth. Test new content formats and distribution channels. Track engagement, acquisition, and conversion to improve results.
