Job summary

Acquisition LLC is seeking a Director of Marketing Workshops to teach our marketing frameworks from the stage and in round-tables. You will translate complex concepts into actionable lessons for founders, then help them identify and solve business constraints.

Two-day events combine presentation with intimate discussions. You will study cohorts between events, prepare rigorously, and iterate on formats and materials. You’ll present workshops within your first 30 days.

Qualifications

• Commands a room, holds the stage and handles hard questions live.
• Deep in marketing with cross-functional business understanding.
• Scaled or exited a business with P&L ownership of seven figures.

Responsibilities

• Present to founders and teach marketing frameworks on stage and in round-tables.
• Translate frameworks into actionable lessons for founders across functions.
• Diagnose business constraints in intimate round-tables and follow-ups.
• Study and prep for upcoming cohorts between events.
