Job summary

TaylorMade Golf Company in Carlsbad, California, seeks a Financial Analyst for Marketing to support the Commercial Finance team. This role focuses on tracking and forecasting, accrual management, monthly close support, and AOP participation, with an emphasis on accurate financial information for decision-making.

The ideal candidate has a foundation in accounting/finance, 2+ years in corporate FP&A, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 2+ years experience in corporate FP&A or related finance function.
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Supports AOP development and partners with business teams on bottoms-up plans.
• Serves as a link between Commercial Finance and business partners to improve processes and deliver timely financial information.
• Ensures balance sheet reconciliations, analysis, accruals and related schedules are accurate.
• Builds and maintains dashboards providing Marketing leadership with visibility into performance.
• Maintains forecast accuracy across monthly, quarterly and annual cycles.
• Performs overhead variance analysis, including fixed vs. variable costs.
• Submits weekly 13-week cash flow visibility for OpEx and CapEx.
• Provides alternatives to reduce costs and improve financial performance.
