Job summary
TaylorMade Golf is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Carlsbad, California to serve as the central Finance resource for translating business needs into functional requirements. This role involves leading cross-functional Finance initiatives and driving process improvements across global markets.
The ideal candidate will possess deep Finance expertise, excellent program management skills, and a strong background in ERP systems. A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required, with CPA preferred and 10+ years of relevant experience.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive Finance and Accounting experience in a complex multinational environment.
- Deep knowledge of end-to-end Finance processes, able to assess design against US GAAP.
- Experience with ERP implementations from the Finance side strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Translate Finance needs into clear IT specifications.
- Lead Finance User Acceptance Testing and change management.
- Identify and advance automation opportunities in Finance.
