Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Marketing Finance team in New York. This role partners with Outbound Communications to guide investment decisions across channels, surface actionable insights, and help drive long-term free cash flow through rigorous modeling and performance analysis.

You will lead investment strategy discussions, own controllership, and partner with senior leadership to evaluate financial impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
4+ years of applying KPIs to analyses.
3+ years contributing to cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance.
3+ years dissecting financial data to support business strategy.

Responsibilities

Drive investment strategy discussions via insightful and relevant analysis on historical and projected performance
Manage controllership with a high degree of accuracy across planning and reporting
Lead Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews
Partner with Senior leadership to evaluate the financial impact of decisions
Be a steward for maximizing long term free cash flow of investments
Partner with various business and tech teams to become a subject matter expert on systems and outcomes
